Family Portraits are what we do at Don Polo Photography.
With over 20 years photographing Utah families in studio and on location Don Polo has become one of the Intermountain area's premier photography studios.
How are we different?
At Don Polo Photography we create art for the walls of your home. We also sell small digital files for personal use but we specialize in beautiful, gallery quality, wall portraits. Every image we print is carefully retouched and enhanced to give it a natural, realistic look. We also offer custom framing and design services.
Family portraits are an investment in your families future. Studies have shown that children who grow up with family portraits on the walls of their home have higher self esteem. It let's children see who they are and where they fit. For a single family plan to spend between $600 and $1800. Most extended families spend around $2000 and up depending on the size of the family and their available wall space. In a growing family we recommend replacing your wall portraits every 2 to 3 years.
We like to schedule a personal consultation several weeks before the session with the head of household to go over clothing ideas, location choices, products available and answer any questions you may have. If you have ideas or expectations of what you have in mind this is the time to bring that up so the photographer can incorporate those ideas into the session. About a week after the session we will schedule a sales meeting where you will view your portraits on a wall size screen in our sales theater. Your choices will then be enhanced and printed and 3 to 6 weeks later ready to pick up.
See the Difference:
Why choose a professional photographer.
Because time goes by too fast. The most important thing in your life is your family. If you have a baby, your heart aches when your little bundle of joy’s not with you. Your kids grow up fast and before you know it they leave for college. Memories fade. So, why trust your memories to anyone other than a pro? Professional photographers know how to capture your family’s unique personality and create artistic portraits that will be cherished forever.
